Waste Not Want Not

The RSA competition in 2015 had a brief called “Waste Not Want Not.” It was all about how we can reduce food waste through design.

After some research into different types of food waste, I found that 2.8 MT of food is wasted due to it being “unavoidable” or possible avoidable. A lot of these types of foods can actually be re-used for other purposes.
